We would like to introduce new member Swef land Group
Swef land was founded on 11 February 2021. The company’s core activities include space planning, investment packaging, development and subsequent management of planned facilities. These are key tools for creating a sustainable environment for social and economic development both domestically and internationally.
The company’s main goal is to facilitate integration between different sectors such as residential complexes, agriculture, transport, energy and manufacturing, healthcare, education and tourism, as well as social and economic improvement and development of the surrounding areas.
The company currently employs around 70 people and continues to expand its team. Construction teams for each project are composed of company specialists (60%) and local workforce (40%).
Swef land works hard to facilitate development of the investment environment in Georgia. To this end, on 28 January 2021 we organised the first investment forum in the shape of Invest Hub.
